Guangzhou International Finance Centre (Guangzhou IFC) is located at No. 5 Zhujiang West Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. It is a skyscraper situated in the central business district of Tianhe. The center covers an area of 31,000 square meters and has a total floor area of 456,000 square meters. The main tower reaches a height of 440.75 meters, and with the helipad, it reaches 449.2 meters. The building consists of 103 above-ground floors and 4 underground floors.

In December 2015, Guangzhou International Finance Centre achieved the Sustainable Development Building Assessment for Tianhe Central Business District. In 2017, it was awarded the LEED Platinum certification for green building by the U.S. Green Building Council.
